International Lay Director, Emmaus and Chrysalis -- Greg Engroff
The International Lay Director of Emmaus is Gregory Engroff. After making his walk in the Crossroads Emmaus Community of Eastern Pennsylvania in 1988, Greg began serving on Emmaus teams and the Board of Directors. He served as Weekend Lay Director, Community Lay Director and Community Registrar. On the Chrysalis side, Greg served on the Chrysalis Steering Committee in 1992 and has served on Chrysalis as a team member.

Greg became a Certified Trainer in 2005 and was named the Emmaus Regional Representative for the North East Region in 2006. He works directly with the International Spiritual Director and assists with the International Communities.

Fourth Day Coordinator -- Kate Dickinson
Kate Dickinson was hired in September of 2011 to fill a new role as Fourth Day Coordinator for Emmaus and Chrysalis. She attended her Chrysalis Flight in 1996 in her home community of Crossroads of Southeastern PA. Throughout her fourth day she has participated on both Chrysalis and Emmaus Teams, served on the Chrysalis Board and as part of Emmaus Committees. She served three years as a Chrysalis Assistant Regional Leader and as a Chrysalis Representative on the International Advisory Committee.

Kate brings a contagious enthusiasm to the office. She is eager to hear your Fourth Day story, and work together with your community to strengthen your Fourth Day and Next Step experience.

Assistant to International Lay Director For Walk to Emmaus & Chrysalis --
Kimberly Jenkins
Kimberly joined the International Emmaus/Chrysalis staff in November, 2010. Prior to that, she was a Customer Service Specialist at the Upper Room for 8 1/2 years. She feels very blessed and happy to be working in the Emmaus/Chrysalis International office and is so pleased to be working with such a friendly and professional staff. She is active in her church and volunteers with several charitable organizations. Being from a Christian and Military family, she was born in San Diego, Ca. and grew up in a suburb outside of Washington DC . For the past 18 years, Nashville is where she calls home.
