A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR On Friday, April 25, 2008, a historic event will take place in the Emmaus and Chrysalis movements. As you already know, the lay leadership for both movements was combined into one position in 2007. While there are different age groups, there is one message, one cross, one Jesus. Wayne Ingle has spent the past six months working with me and bringing me up to speed on some of the finer points of the Chrysalis movement. Now, for the first time, Emmaus and Chrysalis will be sending delegates to the International Advisory Committees on April 25 in Nashville. Delegates will be representing laity and clergy from all five regions in the United States, Costa Rica, United Kingdom, South Africa, Puerto Rico and Mexico. We are expecting fifty to sixty delegates to be in attendance. more >> |
